How to Use Our Loose Powder Foundations
Amazing Base Loose Mineral Powder is a true 4-in-1 product.
To use the powder as a foundation, you can brush the powder onto the skin (using downward strokes) until you reach your desired level of coverage. The powder itself offers buildable coverage and gives the skin a luminous, natural, “your skin but better” finish. Thanks to its ability to cover redness and diffuse the appearance of both fine lines and pores, you can also use the Amazing Base Loose Mineral Powder as a concealer by limiting its application to spots you’d like to cover, or by applying it all over the face and building up the coverage only where you feel you need it.
The Amazing Base Loose Mineral Powder also makes a great setting powder, working to keep your cream or liquid foundation in place. Its buildable nature means you can dust a small amount of powder right over the face to set your makeup without adding extra colour or coverage, delivering an almost translucent finish.
One of our very favourite ways to use this skin-loving mineral powder is to top up our SPF over our makeup! Rather than removing our makeup to reapply sunscreen or trying to apply fluid sunscreen over our makeup and risk smudging it, the Amazing Base Loose Mineral Powder can be dusted over the skin for a sunscreen top up. The powder offers SPF 20/15 broad spectrum UVA/UVB PA++ sun protection and is recommended by The Skin Cancer Foundation as an effective broad spectrum sunscreen.
Using the New Amazing Base Refillable Brush
The new Amazing Base Refillable Brush makes it easier than ever to take your makeup on-the-go. The powder is now available in laser-etched refill canisters (which can be recycled for less waste) to insert into the base of the new brush. Simply open the canister, twist it into the brush until it’s locked in place, then remove the cap, turn the brush base until it clicks and shake it upside down to release the powder!
